本政策说明 QIS（下称"我们"）在提供 ChatQis 客服系统及运营本网站时，如何收集、使用和保护信息。使用本网站或我们的服务，即表示你已阅读并理解本政策。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

• 你主动提交的信息：开户申请表单中的公司名称、联系人、邮箱、即时通讯账号、行业、坐席规模与备注。
• 客服会话内容：你通过本站对话窗口、邮件或 Telegram 与我们沟通的记录。
• 技术日志：访问时间、IP 地址、浏览器与设备类型、来源页面。这些数据用于排障与防止滥用。
• Cookie 与本地存储：仅用于记住语言偏好与维持客服会话，不用于跨站广告追踪。

我们不会主动向你索取密码、银行卡号或身份证件信息。

2. 我们如何使用这些信息

• 回应你的开户申请与咨询，完成账号开通、配置与技术支持；
• 向你发送与服务相关的通知，例如开通结果、账单、维护公告与安全提醒；
• 在你同意的前提下，发送产品更新与营销邮件；
• 统计网站访问情况，改进产品与文档；
• 防止欺诈、滥用与安全事件，或在法律要求时配合监管。

3. 邮件通信与退订

我们通过第三方邮件服务商发送邮件。发送类型分两类：

• 事务性邮件：验证码、开户结果、账单、安全告警等。这类邮件是服务的一部分，只要账号存在就会发送。
• 营销邮件：产品更新、活动通知。每一封都包含退订链接，点击后即刻生效，也可以随时发信至 [email protected] 要求退订。

我们不出售、不出租邮件地址，也不向第三方营销机构提供你的联系方式。如果你收到疑似冒用我们名义的邮件，请转发至 [email protected]。

4. 信息共享

我们仅在以下情形与第三方共享必要信息：

• 基础设施服务商：云主机、CDN 与邮件投递服务商，仅处理传输所必需的数据；
• 法律要求：依据有效的法律程序或监管要求；
• 业务转让：发生合并或资产转让时，我们会提前告知并保证受让方承担同等义务。

对于选择独立部署的客户，其客服系统内的业务数据存放在客户自有服务器上，我们不接触、不备份、不导出。

5. 数据保留与安全

开户咨询信息在最后一次联系后保留 24 个月，之后删除或匿名化。所有传输链路使用 HTTPS 加密，后台访问采用最小权限原则并留有操作日志。没有任何系统能保证绝对安全，若发生影响你信息的安全事件，我们会在确认后及时通知。

6. 你的权利

你可以随时要求我们查阅、更正或删除你的个人信息，也可以撤回此前给出的营销同意。请发信至 [email protected]，我们会在 30 天内答复。

7. 未成年人

本服务面向企业客户，不面向未满 18 周岁的个人。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息。

8. 政策变更

本政策更新后会在本页公布并更新"最后更新"日期。涉及重大变更时，我们会通过邮件另行通知。

This policy explains how QIS ("we") collects, uses and protects information when providing the ChatQis support platform and operating this website. By using this site or our services you confirm that you have read and understood it.

1. Information we collect

• What you submit: company name, contact name, email, messaging handle, industry, team size and notes from the account application form.
• Support conversations: messages you send us through the chat widget, email or Telegram.
• Technical logs: timestamp, IP address, browser and device type, referring page — used for troubleshooting and abuse prevention.
• Cookies and local storage: only to remember your language preference and keep a support session alive. No cross-site advertising trackers.

We never ask you for passwords, card numbers or identity documents.

2. How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and set up, configure and support your account;
• To send service messages such as provisioning results, invoices, maintenance notices and security alerts;
• To send product updates and marketing email where you have agreed to receive them;
• To measure site usage and improve the product and documentation;
• To prevent fraud and abuse, or to comply with a lawful request.

3. Email and unsubscribing

We send email through a third-party delivery provider, in two categories:

• Transactional: verification codes, provisioning results, invoices and security alerts. These are part of the service and are sent while your account exists.
• Marketing: product updates and announcements. Every such message carries an unsubscribe link that takes effect immediately; you may also write to [email protected] at any time.

We do not sell or rent email addresses and do not pass your contact details to third-party marketers. If you receive mail that appears to impersonate us, please forward it to [email protected].

4. Sharing

• Infrastructure providers: hosting, CDN and email delivery vendors, limited to what delivery requires;
• Legal requirements: in response to valid legal process;
• Business transfer: in a merger or asset sale, with prior notice and equivalent obligations on the successor.

For self-hosted customers, all business data inside the support platform stays on the customer's own servers. We neither access, back up nor export it.

5. Retention and security

Enquiry details are kept for 24 months after our last contact, then deleted or anonymised. All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, administrative access follows least privilege and is logged. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your information we will notify you once confirmed.

6. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw marketing consent, at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Minors

This service is for business customers and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Changes

Updates are published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Material changes are additionally announced by email.
